Appraisal date. All property in Florida is revalued each year as of January 1.

Filing period for Tangible Personal Property Tax Returns. See Tangible Personal Property section of Web site. Filing deadline is April 1.

Notification, by certified mail, of all exemption and agricultural classification applications denied for current year.

Notice of Proposed Property Taxes (NOPPT) mailed.
