PARCEL ID = Identification Number or Strap Number

MAP NUMBER = A system for locating property by section, township and range. Identifies map on which property appears.

CURRENT USE = Actual Use (Vacant residential, Vacant Commercial, Single Family Residential, etc.)

FUTURE LAND USE(Comp. Plan) = Contact Charlotte County Zoning Department at 941-743-1964.

PROPERTY ADDRESS = Physical Location

ZONING = The public regulation of the character and extent of Real Estate use through police power; accomplished by establishing districts or areas with uniform restrictions relating to improvements; structural height, area & bulk, and other aspects of the use of private property.

TAXING DISTRICTS = An assessment district where one or more governmental unit has the authority to levy taxes.

A/C AREA= Air conditioned area in square feet

TOTAL AREA= Square footage, size, of entire building

DESC.= Description of appendage

CODE = Numeric code corresponding to construction feature

LEGAL DESCRIPTION

SHORT LEGAL= Condensed version of a legal description (subdivision, section, block, and lot)

LEGAL DESCRIPTION= A statement in words or codes identifying land for all purposes of law.
